Corporate advisor and financiers to enhance our clients growth strategy

It all begins with an idea

CREATIVE IDEAS FOR FILM INDUSTRY

Redinc Capital arranged funding for the Clive Morris Productions (CMP) that enabled them to continue producing Queendom an award-winning series. The film industry is notoriously difficult to finance. Through innovative ideas and excellent relationships Redinc achieved this in record time. The funding raised enabled CPM to keep ownership of their ideas, content for the first time in their history.

HOUSING SOLUTIONS

Redinc Capital continues its support for Chartwell Housing Finance Solutions. It arranged the second successful refinance of debt facilities provided to it. Chartwell’s innovative home loan solution provides previously disadvantaged South Africans the chance to finally own their dream home.

INNOVATION GOES MORE THAN HALFWAY

Redinc Capital is proud to announce a strategic investment in Halfway Finance, a leading financial services provider. This investment will empower Halfway Finance to further enhance its operations, expand its services, and solidify its position as a leading financial services provider in South Africa. By partnering with Halfway Finance, Redinc aims to contribute to the growth and development of the South African economy.

SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FINANCE

Redinc Capital acted as sole lead arranger for the Mulilo De Aar Wind Community Trust, structuring a new preference share refinancing solution for their interest in the Longyuan Mulilo De Aar round 3 REIPPPP wind project portfolio, totalling 240MWp. The more cost efficient funding solution will unlock value for stakeholders, through improved cash flow that will be directed to community focused projects, including skills training, access to reliable energy, education, health care, infrastructure and enterprise development.

PURE CLEAN ENERGY

Redinc Capital structured a R140 million project finance solution for a LSE and JSE listed gold mining group. The proceeds are being used to finance a 9.975MW solar photovoltaic panel plant that is a first of its kind in the South African mining space. The solar plant will provide 30% of the power requirement (during daylight hours) to one of its mining operations whilst reducing carbon emissions by 26,000 tons.

ANOTHER NOTE ISSUANCE, ITS A FACT

Redinc Capital arranged funding for an asset finance facility provided and managed by Tower Investments, an asset and finance specialist, to Future Africa Consulting (“FACT”). The equipment funded were specialist tower antenna alignment tools, range-finder cameras and intermodular analysers.
